Privacy Policy
SafeBet Last updated: April 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SafeBet — a Curador Brands portfolio brand — collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit safebetofficial.com (the "Site"), interact with our marketing communications, or otherwise engage with the SafeBet brand.
SafeBet is a Missouri-licensed cannabis brand. Our pre-rolls, blunts, 510 vape cartridges, all-in-one vapes, and FECO products are produced by Missouri-licensed manufacturers, tested through the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation ("DCR"), and sold exclusively through licensed Missouri dispensaries. You must be 21 years of age or older to access this Site or to receive any of our marketing communications.
By using the Site or signing up for our communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Quick Summary
- We do not sell cannabis products directly through this Site. Purchases happen at Missouri-licensed dispensaries.
- We collect information you give us (e.g., name, email, mobile number) and information collected automatically (e.g., cookies, device data, usage analytics).
- We use it to operate the Site, send the email and SMS marketing you ask for, comply with Missouri cannabis advertising rules, and run our business.
- We honor email unsubscribes and SMS STOP requests promptly.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
- We do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
- The Site, our marketing programs, and any disputes are governed by Missouri law, with mandatory individual arbitration and class action waiver as detailed in our Terms of Service.
2. Who We Are
SafeBet is a brand owned and operated by Curador Labs, LLC ("Curador," "we," "us," or "our"). SafeBet itself is not a Missouri-licensed cannabis facility; manufacturing, testing, distribution, and retail are performed by Missouri-licensed third-party operators in compliance with Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution and DCR rules.
For purposes of this Policy, the "data controller" is:

3. Age Requirement (21+)
The Site, our products, and all of our marketing communications are intended for adults aged 21 or older. We use an age-gate on entry to the Site and at the point of email/SMS signup. If you are under 21, you must exit the Site immediately and you may not subscribe to any of our communications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from any individual under 13 in violation of the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and connection data — IP address, device type, OS, browser, language, time zone, referring/exit pages.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, scroll depth, session duration, approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8 below.
The Site uses Google Tag Manager and may include analytics or pixel-based tools.
4.3 Information from Third Parties
- Email and SMS service providers that confirm deliverability, bounces, and consent records.

We do not purchase consumer marketing lists, and we do not append data from data brokers to build advertising profiles.
5. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Operate and improve the Site, including security, fraud prevention, age-gate, and analytics.
- Verify age before granting access to age-restricted content or marketing.
- Send the email marketing you have opted into — product news, drops, dispensary availability, events, and promotions — in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
- Send the SMS/MMS messages you have opted into, in compliance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and CTIA/MMA guidelines.
- Help you find a Missouri-licensed dispensary that carries SafeBet products.
- Respond to wholesale, retail-partner, media, and general inquiries.
- Comply with applicable cannabis advertising rules, including those of the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation.
- Comply with other legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Protect our rights and safety and the rights and safety of others.
- Conduct corporate transactions such as financings, mergers, and acquisitions.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Email Marketing — How Consent and Unsubscribes Work
We use a confirmed (double) opt-in process for email marketing that goes beyond the minimum required by CAN-SPAM:
- You submit your email through the "Stay in the Loop" signup form, an event, or another SafeBet channel.
- We send a confirmation email asking you to verify your subscription.
- Only after you click the confirmation link does your address enter our active marketing list.
Every marketing email will: identify SafeBet as the sender; use a non-deceptive subject line; include our valid postal address; include a clear, working unsubscribe link; and honor unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days, typically within minutes.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe."
7. SMS/MMS Marketing — TCPA-Compliant Mobile Program
By providing your mobile number and separately opting in (e.g., by checking a clearly labeled SMS consent box, by texting a keyword, or by replying "Y" or "YES" to a confirmation message), you give your prior express written consent under the TCPA to receive recurring marketing text messages from SafeBet at the number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
7.1 Program Disclosures
- Program name: SafeBet SMS Updates.
- Purpose: Recurring marketing and promotional messages, including new product drops, dispensary availability, events, and limited-time offers.
- Frequency: Up to approximately 6 messages per month; frequency may vary.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
- Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be 21+ and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
7.2 Confirmation (Double Opt-In)
We use a confirmed double opt-in process. After you provide your mobile number, you will receive a confirmation message asking you to reply "YES." You will not be enrolled unless and until you confirm.
7.3 No SMS-Specific Information Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7.4 Records of Consent
We retain records of your opt-in (date, time, method, IP address where applicable) for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate TCPA compliance.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies, including:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g., session, security, age-gate state).
- Performance and analytics — help us understand Site usage (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Functional — remember your preferences (e.g., dismissed banners, locator inputs).
- Advertising — limited use for measuring our own brand campaigns; we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser, opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-on, and we respect Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals where applicable.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — hosting, email infrastructure (e.g., Resend), SMS aggregators (e.g., Twilio), customer-data and marketing-automation platforms (e.g., AlpineIQ), analytics, dispensary locator, age verification, customer support, security.
- Affiliated brands and entities within the Curador Brands portfolio, only for the purposes described in this Policy and consistent with your consent.
- Compliance and safety — to comply with law, valid legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our terms; or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide it.
We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with any third party for that third party's own marketing.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records of marketing consent. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.
11. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

The Site is not directed to children. No one under 21 may use the Site or receive our communications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from any individual under 13 in violation of COPPA. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
14. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may link to third-party sites (such as Missouri-licensed dispensaries that carry SafeBet products, social media platforms, or service-provider portals). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
15. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. residents (and, in particular, adult Missouri consumers and Missouri-licensed operators). If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.
16. Changes to This Policy
